Summary

The asset servicing administrator processes corporate action events within AJ Bell's custody function, helping safeguard client assets and minimise operational risk. This 12-month fixed-term role is hybrid, with 3–4 days per week in the office and full-time office attendance for the first three months.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and process mandatory and voluntary corporate actions
• Validate event information from custodians and market announcements
• Reconcile positions and investigate processing breaks
• Instruct custodians and counterparties on event elections
• Update client accounts with accurate event entitlements
• Notify customers and escalate unresolved discrepancies
• Follow AML, CASS, and breach-reporting requirements
