Summary

This associate role manages end-to-end onboarding and lifecycle events for internal JPM fund mandates in London. The position coordinates investment, product, compliance, risk, technology and vendor stakeholders while maintaining documentation, controls and process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Project manage new internal fund account onboardings
• Coordinate lifecycle events through funding and closure
• Lead stakeholder meetings and onboarding working groups
• Maintain account opening and project documentation
• Perform control checkpoints before mandate launches
• Identify risks and improve onboarding processes
