Summary

This is a junior asset and inventory coordination role supporting Graphcore’s engineering and R&D infrastructure in Bristol. You’ll manage hardware records, stock readiness, receiving and distribution, working across engineering, lab operations, IT and supply chain in an onsite setting.

Responsibilities

• Scan and reconcile hardware asset records
• Coordinate ordering and replenishment of stock
• Receive, label, stage, and distribute equipment
• Manage returns through replacement or credit
• Track hardware lifecycles and maintain break-fix stock
• Produce inventory health reports and document procedures
• Support audit readiness across inventory records
