Summary

This product manager will own assessment operations capabilities across intake, configuration, delivery, monitoring, issue resolution, and continuous improvement. The role covers product strategy, roadmap prioritization, operational tooling, vendor governance, release readiness, and risk and control requirements in a high-volume environment.
