Applied ai engineer to build ai-native systems for bjak's ai neobank app. You will develop ai agents, llm and rag workflows, and automation for practical financial workflows including onboarding, support, kyc, risk review, crm, and operations, with production ownership and attention to accuracy, latency, cost, security, and compliance. This is a hybrid role based in the uk, requiring at least 3 days per week in the uk office.

• Implement tool calling, evaluations, and guardrails
