Summary

The analytics engineer will support Axle Energy’s UK energy trading operations, investigate operational issues, and build data pipelines that power analytics. The role uses SQL and Python and is hybrid, with 2–3 days a week in the Farringdon office.

Responsibilities

• Run daily UK energy trading processes
• Review settlements and investigate discrepancies
• Debug edge cases across trading and asset registration
• Identify and mitigate revenue and delivery risks
• Build data pipelines for analytics
• Communicate operational insights to engineering and commercial teams
• Manage relationships with DSOs and UK regulators
