Summary

This AVP role provides risk and service assurance oversight for Alpha Data Services implementations and production services. It owns team resource forecasting, governance routines, readiness monitoring, risk escalation and executive reporting. The role follows a hybrid work model with four days per week in the office.

Responsibilities

• Own consolidated resource and capacity forecasts
• Run governance reviews and track decisions
• Monitor UAT and production service readiness
• Define risk indicators, tolerances, and escalation triggers
• Coordinate mitigation and incident-review actions
• Report service health and implementation risks
