Summary

The ALM Reporting Actuary will lead daily and ad hoc asset and liability management responses and own weekly ALM management information for Institutional Retirement Finance. The role suits a nearly or newly qualified actuary with investment, asset modelling, hedging, market risk, and actuarial reporting experience, based within Legal & General’s UK insurance business.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily and ad hoc ALM responses
• Own weekly asset and liability information
• Explain interest rate and inflation P&L movements
• Assess ALM impacts of trades and reinsurance
• Produce analyses and escalate unusual results
