Summary

Lead Aviva’s enterprise-wide AI transformation programme, coordinating delivery across multiple business and technology workstreams. The role reports to the Chief AI Officer and owns programme governance, risk, investment coordination, and benefits tracking. It is based across listed UK offices with a hybrid working pattern.

Responsibilities

• Translate AI strategy into an integrated delivery roadmap
• Lead delivery across multiple programme workstreams
• Establish governance, decision rights, and executive reporting
• Manage cross-programme risks, issues, and dependencies
• Track financial and non-financial benefit realization
• Align executives across business and control functions
