Lead independent validation and governance of Aviva’s business-critical pricing, reserving, customer segmentation and AI models. The hybrid UK role excludes London and typically combines flexible working with at least 50% office time.

• Validate advanced analytics and AI models
• Assess model performance and governance
• Provide independent challenge to model owners
