Own the vision, roadmap, and outcomes for Aviva’s enterprise agentic AI control tower, giving leaders a trusted view of AI delivery, performance, and risk. This founding product ownership role spans executive, engineering, Risk, and Audit teams, with smart working that typically includes around 50% office time.

Responsibilities

• Set the enterprise ai platform vision and roadmap
• Prioritize backlog across value, risk, and platform health
• Translate executive and risk needs into requirements
• Partner with engineering and architecture on delivery
• Lead onboarding, adoption, and continuous improvement
• Track investment choices, performance, costs, and benefits
