Summary

As an agent development manager on decagon’s agent development team, you will build and scale the function that develops ai agents for enterprise customers. You will own the agent development playbook, improve delivery through automation and operational design, and guide complex customer rollouts in partnership with sales, product, and engineering. The role is in-office.

Responsibilities

• Lead ai agent builds from zero to one
• Design agent development strategies per customer
• Improve speed, quality, and consistency of builds
• Identify bottlenecks and introduce automation
