Summary

The aftercare manager will lead a team of aftercare coordinators and oversee residential property defects through resolution and end of defects sign-off. The role manages developers, contractors and other stakeholders, and is based on a hybrid pattern requiring at least four days per week in the Manchester office.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop the aftercare coordinator team
• Oversee defects through end of defects sign-off
• Escalate complex defects and drive resolution
• Manage developer and contractor relationships
• Oversee inspections, remedial works, and final sign-off
• Monitor team performance, defect ageing, and service levels
• Maintain accurate records and aftercare systems
