The account manager will grow Zen Educate's Berkshire region by managing school relationships, supporting recruitment, and expanding usage of its education staffing platform. This is a mid-level, full-time role based five days a week in the London office, with travel to Berkshire schools.

Responsibilities

• Own relationships with key schools
• Guide school leaders through recruitment processes
• Make outbound calls and handle objections
• Source matching teachers for schools
• Expand usage among existing school accounts
• Share school feedback with the product team
• Resolve booking issues with operations
