Summary

This account executive role will convert inbound interest into sales of Spruce’s platform to heat pump installers, while pursuing larger opportunities with manufacturers, suppliers, and energy companies. You’ll help build the sales process and deploy tools to support growth, working hybrid with three in-person days a week in London.

Responsibilities

• Handle qualified inbound demo requests and close installer deals
• Design and refine the sales process from the ground up
• Pursue enterprise deals with manufacturers, suppliers, and energy companies
• Deploy tools and llms to improve sales efficiency
• Visit installer sites to understand operational pain points
