Summary

This is a 10-week finance analyst summer internship supporting financial analysis, reporting, modelling, and strategic decision-making. The intern will work with finance teams in Barclays' London hub and is expected to be in their penultimate year of university, graduating in 2028.

Responsibilities

• Analyse daily profit and loss performance
• Research business unit performance impacts and trends
• Compile reports, scorecards, and presentations
• Support financial model and strategy development
• Derive financial insights from workforce and portfolio data
• Mentor junior colleagues and facilitate training sessions
